Equine emergencies can be a stressful time for all involved. Please rest assured that registered clients of Hampton Equine Vets will have an experienced vet available 24/7, 365 days a year for emergencies.

When leaving a message please state the following: 

• Your name and the telephone number on which you can be contacted 

• The name of your horse or pony

• Describe your exact location, preferably using What 3 Words (www.what3words.com) 

• Concisely describe the nature of the emergency 

• Stay with the horse and keep your phone on loud for when we call back.
